15. To achieve/exceed key performance indicator as agreed upon.

16. To make sure that environmental testing, hygiene testing, microbial limit testing, heavy metal testing and others were done accordingly to SOP.

17. To involve in the preparation of ISO 17025.

18. To actively involved in the preparation of Validation Master Plan.

19. To ensure the chemical testing for incoming raw material, outgoing finish products, retest items are done according to the SOP’s.

20. To be able to handle AAS, HPLC and laboratory equipment.

21. To maintain documents for early retrieve ability.
