I genuinely believe this program provides an exceptional opportunity, especially for fresh graduates. Opportunity grabbed when given. That’s how I got my new role started (Agronomist) when Bioeconomy Corporation came up with an initiative which was employability programme, BeST - a 6-month training working period, which then will be absorbed fully by the host company based on performance. This was a great chance for me as I did search for a new role that is related to my background study (Agrotechnology).
I recently wrapped up my BeST 2.0 (BioAgrotech & BioPharmaceutical Employability and Entrepreneurship Specialised Talents) apprenticeship program last month, marking the end of an enriching six months filled with learning, challenges, and growth. A big thank you to Bioeconomy Corporation for extending this incredible opportunity to me. The BeST 2.0 has equipped me with invaluable skills and knowledge, which I find essential as I embark on my new journey as a BioEntrepreneur. Monetising my expertise in Genetics has been a dream since I first entered the field, and I am now closer to realising it. Like many, I initially had no clear direction, but thanks to Bioeconomy Corporation, I now have a clearer path and feel wiser for the experience.
