Key responsibilities:
• Required to provide on-site use application supports to customer and colleagues
• Continually take up initiative to study new products and new technologies aligned with existing product lines or current physical science, life science and analytical market trend.
• Presenting and assisting sales personnel in sales cycle for the products knowledge and applications, from presales, throughout the end process of the cycle and after sales supports:
• Hold user meetings, workshops, seminars to update product information on instrumentation, troubleshoot problem related to instrument, software, peripheral and experimental designed.
• Provides regular feedback and reports on market and competitive situations to Division Manager/ Product Manager.

Requirements:
• Degree or higher in Applied Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Material Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Biotechnology or any related discipline in Physical or Life Sciences.
• Expertise in cell culture techniques and virology assay is an added advantage for Life Science Division
• Excellent team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able multi-task and attention to details
• Working experience in a QC/QA laboratory is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate in Masters or PhD who are encouraged to apply.
