Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake business development work – healthcare industry information gathering, market trends, data analysis and preparation of targeted reports and presentations.
• Preparation of Divisional business plan, KPI updates and tracking of BioNexus companies being nurtured.
• Assist companies in obtaining funding, market access, collaboration opportunities with universities and industry experts.
• Evaluation of healthcare BioNexus applications and industry engagement.
• Facilitate networking and engagements with government and industry stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, opportunities and challenges in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Support the Vice President in various tasks that leads to enhancing the biotechnology and bio-based ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Medical Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in business development.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Sound research, analytical and project management skills.
• Outstanding organisation and problem-solving skills.
• High enthusiasm and creativity – technical, business, and organisational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills.
