Cytolab Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and innovative Research and Development (R&D) Executive to join our research team in developing high-quality stem cell and regenerative therapy products. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing experiments, analysing results, and supporting product innovation.

Job Description:

• Conduct scientific research and product development related to stem cell therapy, cell-based cosmetics, or other biotech applications.
• Design, execute, and document laboratory experiments and trials.
• Analyse experimental data and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC), Regulatory, and Production teams to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant guidelines such as GMP, ISO, and NPRA standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and regenerative medicine.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for operations by assisting with various tasks, including packaging, to facilitate effective operations.
• Assist doctors during treatments and provide support in clinic operations. Coordinate deliveries and support lab operations, including preparing DO, COA, packaging, and stickers.
• Manage and monitor inventory for the lab, store lab, clinic, and wellness center, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed on time.
• Handle client interactions, including setting up appointments and providing pre-, during, and post-care support, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure all equipment in the lab, clinic, office and wellness center is in good working condition.
• Conduct price comparisons by contacting suppliers, managing procurement processes, and filing all relevant details for items and equipment needed across the clinic, lab, office, and wellness center to ensure cost-effective decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a research lab, especially in cell culture or regenerative medicine, is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory documentation, quality systems, and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
