We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities:

• ⁠Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules.
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.
• ⁠Oversee operations according to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL and MESTi requirements.
• ⁠Maintain hygiene, safety, and efficient workflow in production areas.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, and cost).
• Track and improve production KPIs.
• Ensure smooth production flow from raw material to finished goods delivery.
• ⁠Support R&D trials, scale-up, and process improvement activities.
• Coordinate closely with other internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure documentation and batch records are properly completed and submitted.
• ⁠Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL & MESTI requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts or weekends when required.
