Role Overview: Process Engineer
We are looking for highly motivated process engineer to join our R&D and Production team.
This position offers a structured path for professional development, starting with a clear
probationary phase followed by contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist, oversee and optimize microalgae production processes and maintenance for improved quality,
efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
● Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with R&D and QC teams to drive
innovation and scale-up.
● Develop process control and automation strategies. Ensure compliance through risk assessments and process validations.
● Support research and stay updated on industry advancements.
● Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
● Must be willing to travel to our main office in Semenyih & Broga.

General Requirements
● Degree in Chemical, Bioprocess, or Mechanical Engineering. Familiar with process design and
software tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, COMSOL).
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
● Own transport required (Semenyih-based).
