Job Responsibilities:

Agronomic Duties:

• Manage and monitor farms utilising QarboGrow to ensure optimal application and results.
• Coordinate application schedules and provide technical support to farmers.
• Conduct field visits to monitor crop progress and gather data on the effectiveness of QarboGrow.
• Provide input and consultation on best practices and gather data on the effectiveness of QarboGrow.
• Collect and analyse agronomic data to improve product performance and farmer outcomes.

Marketing Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote QarboGrow and other products.
• Organise and participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and field days.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Maintain and update the company’s social media channels and website with relevant content.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and industry experts.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agronomy, crop management, and marketing within the agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, crop production, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details.
• Willingness to travel to different farms and locations as required.
• Creative and innovative in developing marketing strategies and materials.
