Ø  Liaise with utilities provider such as TNB and SYABAS and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

Ø  Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.

Ø  Plan and perform preventive maintenance and reactive/ corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.

Ø  Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.

Ø  Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.

Ø  Ensure installation are safe and legal.

Ø  Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management Team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.

Ø  Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

Ø  Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Management.

Ø  Fulfill any other assigned tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the organization’s overall objectives.
