Ø Conduct regular inspections of facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with established standards and regulations.
Ø Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Ø Performs all tasks in accordance with the SOPs, Policies, and Safety Policies to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and all applicable regulations, and guidelines.
Ø Develop, update, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation related to facilities management.
Ø Liaise with suppliers and service providers for facility/equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Ø Assist in budget planning and management for facilities operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Ø Ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants of the facilities. Implement safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and address any safety concerns.
Ø Supports Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when necessary.
Ø Provide training and guidance to staff members involved in facilities management to ensure proper procedures and practices are followed.
Ø Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Ø Collaborates with team members and other departments within the organization.
