Primary :
1. Assist in planning, monitoring and reviewing the operation and implementation of business activity which includes but not limited to planning and arrangement of project i.e workshop, training, and/or seminar
2. Responsible to issue training status update on weekly basis, establish training filing & documentation beside promoting HalCiti concept for GH digitalized platform embarkation and weekly regulatory update.
3. Responsible to establish training and consultation documentation based on ISO9001 requirements.
4. Assist in preparation and coordinating compilation of training module for proficiency training program and ensuring effective execution of each proficiency training program.
5. Assist in monitoring training initiatives by measuring training effectiveness through appropriate training evaluation methods and recommended changes or improvement of program as required to ensure the training provided meet the industry requirement.
6. Assist in training communication (blasting) to customer for training promotional and update participants registration, invoice and payment.
7. Assist in conducting training need analysis in identifying clients’ needs for all proficiency program conducted by the company.
8. Assist to plan on bioscience and quality management program including content draft and program flow
9. Act as a secondary contact for customer queries and concerns.
10. Assist in preparing project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget.
11. Assist in assessing potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
12. Assist in preparing pitch deck or presentation, writing reports and proposals
13. Assist in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
14. Interact with customers to clearly understand business needs and expectations.
15. Build positive working relationships with customers and ensure customer.
Secondary Responsibility:
1.To involve and assist in halal consultation project, other certification program and audit program
2.To assist in halal project execution, its business kick-off plan and work closely with all halal related entities within the group.
3.To assist in delivering related training program on Halal matters and quality management program.
4.Assist to identify sales leads and pitch goods and services to new potential clients for GH and all its business units.
5.Assist business development planning and conduct technical program execution
6.Assist in establishing new business collaboration with partners private sectors, GLC or government body both local and oversea.
7.Assist in developing business networking and maintain a good working relationship with clients
8.Providing management with immediate response and feedback of any issue related to training and consultation.
Others:
1. Assist in preparing project consultation proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget.
2.Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
3.Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner
