Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
i. Liaise with HoD to advertise new hiring whenever required
ii. Schedule for interview appointment with candidate after time and date is given by HoD
iii. Coordinate with hiring agencies as required
iv. Issuing offer letter for new staffs
v. Remind HoD to review probational staffs
vi. Application of permits for foreign workers
vii. Liaise with government agencies for internship/recruitment activities
Training & Development
i. Registration for HRDF for companies.
ii. Monitor KPI system for the employees.
Compliance management
i. Ensure all staffs aware and comply with HR policy
ii. Enhance and standardize the procedure across the Group
iii. Monitoring staffs’ attendance and update line manager for the attendance
issue when required.
General Administration
i. Monitoring stationery stock level on a regular basis
ii. Responsible for small office furniture and equipment requested by the staffs
by making comparison with vendors and proceed with purchase
iii. Monitoring cost and expenditures of office utilities (TNB, SYABAS, Air Conditioning, IWK, Rental, Photocopy Machine)
iv. In charge of staff parking
v. Monthly cleaning services and monitor cleaner works
vi. Any other related tasks instructed by superior
Payroll & HR Management
i. To assist the company to manage Group HR & payroll management including payroll system, performance management and employee relations and etc.
ii. Liaise with government bodies and familiar with all statutory payment such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, Zakat and Tabung Haji.
iii. To ensure Employee data are updated in payroll system.
iv. Prepare and updating records of employment contract, confirmation, employee transfer and other HR administration.
v. Manage Employee’s insurance matter and medical claim.
vi. Assist in implementing HR policy in the group.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Required skill(s): inter personal skill, employee and labor relations, recruitment, admin support, interview and selection.
Have good knowledge in Malaysia Labour Law and Government regulations
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam.
Self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to start working immediately.
