Administration
• To provide administrative support to the Business Development Unit
• To support and assist the Business Development Unit with the development and distribution of
marketing materials and events as required
• To support ad-hoc BD reporting and meetings
• To take minutes of meetings as required
• To identify and communicate with potential business leads for the organization
• To make appointments for the Business Development representatives to meet with employers through
sales calls, marketing, social media and other forms of marketing
• To support the Business Development function with recording clients information and business via CRM
system and other systems where appropriate, and to ensure that the database are updated regularly
• To act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products
and services rendered by the business organization
Customer Service
• To ensure good communications with employers, providing timely and responsive feedback against
enquiries, proactively marketing the service’s offer, as directed
• To respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly
manner
• To contact clients as required
• To promote services and products
• To carry out cold calling
• To liaise with other department/unit as and when necessary to support the Business Development Unit
