Job Description:

We are looking for a Retail Management Trainee who is excited about growing within a company into a management level position.

Our management‐training program is 3‐6 months in which you would be coached and mentored on every detail from entry‐level basics to management duties.

As a Retail Management Trainee, you will participate in training across assigned departments over a defined period time to assimilate department level knowledge of essential functions, as deemed necessary by department leadership. The goal is to provide companywide operations knowledge and perspective that incorporates a broader profile for future company leadership when coupled with flexible and innovative leaders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, in Business or Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
• Adaptive, fast learner and willingness to take up new skills
• Independent and take ownership of tasks assigned
• Knowledge of current industry trends.
• Enthusiasm and passionate with Agriculture / Food Security industry
