Ecomarine Bioscience Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and hardworking fresh graduate to join our aquaculture project team. This position is field-based at a seaside aquaculture farm and requires strong commitment, resilience, and passion for marine and aquaculture development. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the day-to-day farm operations, data collection, and project implementation.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in aquaculture, marine biology, fisheries science, biotechnology, environmental science, or any related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical and Practical Skills

• Basic understanding of aquaculture systems, marine organisms, or farm operations.
• Willingness to perform hands-on farm work, including feeding, water quality monitoring, sampling, and maintenance.
• Ability to collect, record, and analyse basic experimental or operational data.
• Familiarity with laboratory or field research methods is an added advantage.

Personal Attributes

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a seaside environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to long-term projects.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn.
