Job Overview:

Support research and trial activities aimed at improving fish and plant systems, including testing new techniques, materials, or system designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and monitoring R&D trials for fish and plants.
• Collect and analyse performance data from test systems.
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and results.
• Research new aquaponic techniques or technologies for possible implementation.
• Work closely with the R&D team to improve productivity and sustainability.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Biology, or any related field.
• Interest in innovation and sustainability.
• Good data handling and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently on long-term trials.
