Role Description
- Update attendance records and post updates in WhatsApp attendance group.
- Check physical stock for packaging and raw materials and update stock cards.
- Update logbooks and FGTN for THMS and food product.
- Prepare new punch cards and collect old punch cards.
- Manage staff leave (annual, medical, unpaid and others).
- Calculate operators working hours and overtime.
- Prepare and update monthly and yearly stock take reports.
- Create and update new stock cards and code lists when required.
- Manage and monitor general office and production supplies.
- Handle filing for purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
- Answer phone call, reply emails and handle enquiries.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Qualification
- Strong skill in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure seamless office and executive support.
- Proficiency in General Administrative and general organizational tasks for effective office management.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to detail, time management and the ability to work in fast-pace environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software tolls such as Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel PowerPoint, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related field is preferred.
