THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SIBU, SARAWAK.

Position: Nursery Executive
Job Description:
Primary responsibility is the supervision of all nursery workers, including training of personnel and continued development through implementation of standards, policies and procedures who work in the greenhouse area.
Coordinate and work closely with farm managers in each farm to ensure the seedlings always in good condition and assist in troubleshooting issues in temporary nursery to determine cause and solution.
Maintain records and prepare reports.
Job Scope:
 Training, scheduling and supervising other nursery/greenhouse staff.
 R&D on planting medium improvement and plant adaptability.
 Seedling quality inspection.
 Maintaining all nursery/greenhouse facilities and equipment.
 Maintaining records plant inventory, propagation schedules, safety compliance, and pesticide/fertilizer.
 Developing monthly reports for upper management.
 Conduct monthly department meetings.
 Seedling delivery arrangement to farms.
 Monitor expenses on regular basis to stay within budget
 Inspection on temporary nurseries in each farm.
Additional:
 Salary will be adjusted after 6 months of probation.
