Job Description / Responsibility
• Lab Report Management – compile, check, and file test results; coordinate with third-party laboratories on sample submission and ensure timely follow-up on final reports
• COA Handling – Customer: Prepare and issue Certificate of Analysis for outgoing finished products; Supplier: Request and review COA from suppliers, verify compliance before release to production
• Organoleptic Testing – conduct sensory evaluations of food samples and guide lab assistant on data collection and result recording
• MSDS Review – check and maintain updated MSDS for all primary packaging materials
• Sample Coding & Shipment – assign codes, document sample requests, and manage sample tracking and shipments
• Traceability System Maintenance – ensure accurate documentation and tracking of materials and finished goods
• In-Line QC Monitoring – assist in establish in-line quality control checks for production
• Assist in GMP, HACCP, MOH, DOSH, and customer/supplier audits – including document preparation, filing, and participation
Requirements
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay (written and spoken)

• Tidy, organized, and detailed in recording and filing quality-related data
• Able to follow up independently with suppliers, labs, and internal departments
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and power point for documentation
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work closely with QA, Production, and R&D teams
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment (lab, production floor)
• Added Advantage: Internship or lab experience in food testing; basic understanding of food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
