Overview
Clero Farma Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our growing team. This position is responsible for coordinating the marketing management and external communications of our herbal product Clerosipril, and for leading the preparation of grant applications for our upcoming product development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, an understanding of digital marketing and branding workflows, and strong administrative and writing skills for grant applications and regulatory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Marketing Management (Clerosipril)
- Act as the central coordinator for all product-related communication, branding, and digital presence of Clerosipril.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for:
- Website development
- Content creation
- Social media management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
- Graphic design and video content (if needed)
- Oversee marketing timelines, branding consistency, and budget control.
- Review and approve marketing materials for compliance and accuracy.
- Grant Application & Research Support
- Identify and evaluate suitable government grants, incentives, or private funding programs (e.g., from MOSTI, MESTECC, BiotechCorp, SME Corp, etc.).
- Lead the preparation and submission of grant applications, including gathering technical, financial, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal R&D team, external consultants, and partners to collect necessary data for proposals.
- Maintain a timeline and reporting schedule for all awarded grants.
- Cross-functional Support
- Assist management in project planning for future products.
- Liaise with regulatory consultants or authorities (e.g., NPRA) if needed for documentation coordination.
- Support basic internal reporting and documentation related to product progress and grant milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, grant writing, product or brand management, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of marketing and content workflows (not execution, but coordination).
- Familiarity with Malaysian grant and funding ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple external parties.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Interest in herbal or nutraceutical products.
- Experience dealing with creative agencies or regulatory bodies.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing freelancers or outsourced teams.
