Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for generating quotations and tenders’ preparation, market research, generating reports and follow-up on sales or service orders processes.
  • To support sales team in related activities with the key objective to grow the division.
  • To generate sales reports and to update the database.
  • To assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials such as brochures andpamphlets for the sales division.
  • To prepare presentations, excel sheets, minutes of the meetings and necessary reports.
  • To attend to customers’ enquiries / complaints to ensure necessary actions are taken andfollowed-through.
  • To always provide quality customer service when attending to customer calls and queries.
  • To create and maintain customers’ database in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • To ensure systematic documentations and filings.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 1 year working experience in related field is an added advantage
  • Self- disciplined, positive and able to work independently and possess high level of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
