Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management based on findings.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Assist in identifying potential clients and developing strategies to approach them.
- Support in pitching products/services to prospects and converting leads into sales.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support the team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Strategic Planning
- Assist the Business Development Manager in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business.
- Monitor and report on performance against KPIs and recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the Sales industry for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and seize market opportunities
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Good understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape
- Degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in retails industry/online marketing
- Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to travel
