Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management based on findings.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and developing strategies to approach them.
  • Support in pitching products/services to prospects and converting leads into sales.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Support the team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Strategic Planning

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business.
  • Monitor and report on performance against KPIs and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the Sales industry for at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and seize market opportunities
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Good understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape
  • Degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in  retails industry/online marketing
  • Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to travel
