Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for service-related work and maintaining high level of customers satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional support to customers.
  • To provide after sales service which include installation, commissioning and maintenance of various scientific and medical instruments.
  • To provide technical consultancy and support to customers.
  • To respond to customers’ request by troubleshooting problems and take corrective action within targeted timeline.
  • To constantly develop and upgrade technical skills to provide quality service.
  • Effective team working to ensure division and company objectives are achieved.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in E&E Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field is an added advantage
  • Positive and able to work independently as well as a team
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
  • Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently
  • Motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
