The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement solutions to meet organizational goals. The Business Analyst will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of projects. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Mapping and Improvement: Document current business processes and workflows, recommend improvements, and implement optimized processes.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
• Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Track project progress and help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
