About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Executive to oversee the production process of stem cell-based products in a regulated environment. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining GMP compliance, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor daily manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure proper documentation of all production records and batch reports.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness of the production area.
• Support internal and external audits and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and logistics teams for product consistency and quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment, preferably in biotech, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and risk management procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
