About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative R&D Executive to join our research team in developing high-quality stem cell and regenerative therapy products. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing experiments, analyzing results, and supporting product innovation.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct scientific research and product development related to stem cell therapy, cell-based cosmetics, or other biotech applications.
• Design, execute, and document laboratory experiments and trials.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare comprehensive technical reports
• Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC), Regulatory, and Production teams to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant guidelines such as GMP, ISO, and NPRA standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and regenerative medicine.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a research lab, especially in cell culture or regenerative medicine, is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory documentation, quality systems, and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
