SALES MANAGEMENT:
· Assist the Finished Goods team in generating demand and ensuring deliveries to achieve the set Total Finished Goods Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
· Assist the Sales Manager in tabulating and doing the sales analytics for all BMB Finished Goods by products and sales channel.
· Assist in managing and monitoring online sales orders from various platforms and work with logistics, warehouse department and third parties (Istore, Isend, NinjaVan, etc) on fulfilments.
· Assist in preparing the Monthly Inventory and Online Sales Closing Report for Finance.

MARKETING:
· Assist the Assistant Manager, Brand on our Product execution plan. These include monitoring online activities and campaigns, social listening and post campaign evaluation.
· Assist the Executive Marketing Services in the preparation and implementation of Finished Goods marketing events and exhibitions (eg. MAHA, Halfest etc.).
· Assist in implementing the Customer and Consumer Relations Management (CCRM) programs and contact points (email, hotline, direct call, whatsapp, and other platforms where applicable).
· Assist in performing the Finished Goods administrative functions including raising but not limited to purchase orders and invoices, staff and walk-in customer cash sales and documentation reports.

PROJECT:
· Assist the Beauty Drink Project team in the market research data gathering, internal and external surveys and OEM product samples taste testing.
