Role Overview

As a Product Specialist Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and marketing strategies for Synbiozymes’ enzyme-based animal feed solutions and other potential applications of our products. You will engage with potential customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to increase market adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers (animal feed manufacturers, poultry farmers, feed blenders).
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, pitches, and sales meetings.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, negotiations, and closing deals.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Synbiozymes’ products.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and competitive trends.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product positioning and service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduate with background in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Passionate about biotechnology, sustainability, and innovative solutions in animal feed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales strategies (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
