Role Overview:

As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our production, supply chain, and operational processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams, including R&D, production, logistics, and business development, to optimize operations and support Synbiozymes’ commercialisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement

  • Assist in managing raw material procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure timely sourcing of materials and coordination with suppliers.
  • Monitor stock levels and support logistics planning for production.

Production Support & Process Optimization

  • Assist in daily production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
  • Support process optimization for fermentation and protein extraction.
  • Work closely with the technical team to document production data and improve efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Support documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., food/feed safety, environmental regulations).
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records for audits and certifications.

General Operations & Administration

  • Manage operational documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Assist in project coordination and execution of operational strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduate with background in Biotechnology, Bioprocess, Food Science, or related fields preferred.
  • Passionate about sustainability, biotech, and innovation in the agriculture/animal feed industry.
  • Basic understanding of bioprocessing, fermentation, or enzyme applications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
