Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and extraction food supplements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the health and wellness industry, and a deep understanding of the food supplement market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our OEM and extraction food supplement business.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Execution :
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the OEM and extraction food supplement markets.
· Identify and target potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the health and wellness sector.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
2. Client Relationship Management :
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their product development and manufacturing requirements.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
3. Market Research & Analysis :
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the OEM and extraction food supplement sectors.
· Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market needs and client feedback.
· Monitor industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
4. Product Knowledge & Support :
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of our OEM and extraction food supplement products and services.
· Provide technical support and product information to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our offerings.
· Collaborate with the R&D/Marketing team to stay updated on new product developments and innovations.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking :
· Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
· Continuously evaluate sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2 – 3 years Proven sales experience in the OEM or food supplement industry, preferably with a focus on extraction-based products.
· Strong understanding of the food supplement market, including industry regulations and standards.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
