Job Descriptions:

• Participate in marketing and strategise ways to develop consumer branding and product positioning.
• Coordinate and execute operations which contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Responsible for managing projects related to business improvements, this includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and on budget.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional organisations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of consumer branding and product positioning in the biotechnology or bio-based industry.
• Project Management: Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring business improvement projects within the biotech sector.
• Operations & Compliance: Ability to execute company operations while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and workplace safety.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated on biotech trends, market developments, and best practices through research and professional engagement.
• Strategic Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and industry partners for business growth.
