About the Role:

As a technical marketing support, you are required to work with different level of people to present our company’s products to the audiences. We need people with good communication skills that able to deliver a clear message with good convincing power to promote our products to the right target audiences.

Job Descriptions:

• Supporting sales team in terms of technical and marketing.
• Providing back end support for marketing.
• Performing experiments and field tests for new products.
• Collaborating with growers or agronomists on verifying product performance.
• Studying the best practices and methods to apply our products on different crops.
• Compiling and analyzing field trial data.
• Training farmers on our products.

Job Requirements:

• Basic degree from a recognized institute in the related field like Biotechnology, agronomy, etc.
• Good communication skills with different level of people like farmers, technical persons, etc.
• Able to use basic Microsoft programs like Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Experience in using the design software like Canva, etc. will be an advantage
• Ability to observe, analyze and interpret field / test data
• Able to work independently.
