Job Descriptions:
- Supervise the daily production process to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently,
and according to schedule. - Ensure production meets customers’ timelines and quality.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and cleanliness in
the production area. - Ensure staff follow proper personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures and other
safety regulations. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and the production floor.
- Assign tasks to production staff, ensuring that there are enough people to meet
production goals. - Provide ongoing training on safety, quality control, and production procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or
equivalent. - Good understanding of production processes, and a commitment to quality and safety
standards in food manufacturing according to HACCP/FSSC22000 standards - Possess certificates of HACCP or higher quality standards are added advantage
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong technical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must have a good working attitude and self-discipline.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
