Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of GMP, HACCP, prerequisite
programs, quality systems, and HALAL application/renewal products. - Develop, implement, and update Halal assurance systems (HAS) and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Conduct daily QC on-site inspections and checks on the Critical Control Point (CCP)
& operational prerequisite program (OPRP) as per the established frequency. - Perform thorough inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process
components, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality
standards and specifications. - Conduct sensory evaluations for every batch of mixed products to ensure
compliance with internal specifications. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related
to product quality and safety. - Report non-conformities, product defects, and deviations from specifications
promptly to superiors, if any. - Properly record and file all QC-related documents.
- Assist the compliance team in the implementation of the Food Safety Management
System (FSMS). - Perform any additional job assigned by superiors or management as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food
Technology or equivalent, or related fields. - Posses Halal Executive Certification from JAKIM or a recognized body.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with problem-solving skills
- Candidates must have a good working attitude and self-discipline.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
