About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. You will work closely with our product and marketing team to introduce our cutting-edge solutions, including stem cell therapies, NK cells, Genetic testing, and pharmacogenomics services, to clients, clinics and healthcare providers. Challenging but satisfying, improving people’s quality of life and businesses.
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities. Visit Corporate Companies and also healthcare providers to provide our services and expand market reach.
- Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Resolve client feedback and complains regarding sales and service/product
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, services, treatment / procedures.
- Study the market price and demands, determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
- Confer or consult with the respective heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on treatment/ procedure/ equipment and client specifications.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare or biotech industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
