About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Business Development Department in a fast-growing biotechnology and healthcare company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating business activities, and ensuring smooth operations to support the department’s strategic initiatives.

Job Descriptions:
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organise business development records, contracts, and agreements.
- Perform other incidental clerical duties such as receiving and sorting mails, handle telephones inquiries, attend to walk-in vendors, visitors, customers, etc.
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business development activities.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items from business meetings and ensure timely execution.
Project & Event Management:
- Only when applicable.
- Support the team in organising conferences, business events, and industry networking activities.
- Assist in tracking key business development projects and maintaining progress reports.
Data & Market Research:
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
- Maintain an organised database of clients, investors, and business contacts.
Financial & Procurement Support:
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, commission payout documents and budget tracking for the Business Development department.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor management and purchases related to business development activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, diplomatic and discreet.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
