Job Descriptions:

• Support research activities including trial planting plan, coordination and operation such as P&D management, data collection and sampling.
• Ensure smooth daily operations in the field related to breeding activities.
• Assist in seed treatments, sowing, pollination, monitoring & harvesting.
• Assist with plant selection and development of planting and irrigation schedule.
• Visiting fields to collect samples.
• Packing seed and fresh produce.
• Evaluation of the grow out test result and quality control on the postharvest.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Agriculture or equivalent. Candidate with 1 to 2 years industry related experience will be advantage.
• Ability to work outside in (hot sunny day), stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
• Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• 5.5 working days.
