Job Descriptions:

• Engage in hands-on farm operations and field preparation with workers to execute assigned field tasks by agronomist or breeder.
• Ensure that all farm tasks assigned and planned by agronomist or breeder are executed efficiently and within the designated timeframes.
• Ensure that all fertilizers and pesticides are applied to crops in strict accordance with the specifications and schedule provided by the agronomist.
• Ensure all assigned crops are well-maintained.
• Do daily inspection on the crops or plots assigned to prevent pest and disease outbreak, and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Perform sample collection for R&D purposes (if needed).
• Execute breeding tasks as assigned by the breeder (if needed).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent (exclude Bachelor’s Degree and above).
• At least three year of experience in crop production (specialised in chili and melon crop will be an advantage).
• Demonstrates a strong ability to execute instructions accurately and consistently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at Sepang, Selangor.
• 5.5 working days.
