Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct regular inspections and upkeep of solar panels, inverters, and associated elements.
  • Execute tasks such as cleaning, making repairs, and adjustments to guarantee the highest level of system efficiency.
  • Identify and address issues associated with the efficiency of solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems, providing effective solutions.
  • Substitute or repair malfunctioning components, such as inverters, wiring, and modules.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Suggest and execute upgrades or enhancements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Guarantee compliance with safety protocols while conducting maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Enhance troubleshooting capabilities to quickly detect and address issues
    impacting solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems.
  • Refine communication skills to proficiently convey technical information to customers.
  • Ensure transparent and clear communication during service calls, addressing customer concerns and providing guidance effectively.
  • Investigate and suggest improvements or enhancements to boost the efficiency and performance of solar energy systems.
  • Achieve reliable results by utilization of agreed methods and measures
  • Ensure targets, due dates and quality standards are met.
  • Create thorough documentation of troubleshooting procedures, detailing the steps involved in diagnosing and resolving issues specific to solar panel, inverters, and monitoring systems.
  • Keep detailed records of troubleshooting processes, documenting the steps taken to diagnose and resolve issues unique to solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems.
  • Maintain a thorough log of all repairs and component replacements performed on Suncrox solar installations. Specify the nature of the issue and document the replaced components for detailed record-keeping.
  • Document the implementation of approved upgrades on Suncrox solar systems, detailing the process, impact on system performance, and any feedback received from Suncrox clients.
  • Generate follow-up reports post-service activities for Suncrox clients, summarizing the actions taken, system status, and any additional recommendations or precautions.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical and Electronic, or any related field.
  • Previous experience with learning and development frameworks, including training delivery, processes and systems.
  • Strong relationship building interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to undertake appropriate professional and personal development programmes to maintain knowledge and competency.
