Job Descriptions:

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in training across assigned departments over a defined period time to assimilate department level knowledge of essential functions, as deemed necessary by department leadership. The goal is to provide company-wide operations knowledge and perspective that incorporates a broader profile for future company leadership when coupled with flexible and innovative leaders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, in Business or Management. or
  related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office

• Independent and take ownership of tasks assigned
