Job Descriptions:

  • To identify new business opportunities, generating leads, contribute in business process
    enhancement and achieving/assisting in the day‐to‐day operations of the group and tasks given by the superior.
  • Participating in creative process‐responsible for high level creative thinking, produce innovative ideas on re‐packing / re‐branding our products.
  • Work closely to improve products, add value and solve problems.
  • Grow new sales, customers and projects/business developments.
  • Work with the product team to stay up‐to‐date on new and upcoming products, and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients/growers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiation and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and referrals.
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad‐hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field (an added advantage).
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in the related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and
    overcome challenges.
  • Self‐motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients, growers and attend events as required.
