About the Role:

Urban Homefarming Sdn Bhd seeks an IT specialist to maintain and enhance our Ubran Farmer e-Health Food App. The role involves ensuring application performance, security, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain, update, and optimise the app for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement fixes.
• Manage databases for efficiency and seamless data flow.
• Collaborate on new features and system enhancements.
• Monitor app analytics and provide performance reports.
• Ensure data security compliance and backups.
• Provide technical support to staff and users.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in mobile/web application support and maintenance.
• Knowledge of database management, programming languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP), and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferably Sabahans as the company is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce or health-related apps.
• Understanding of urban farming technology.
• Familiarity with API integrations and UI/UX principles.
