Job Descriptions:

• Involve in community and environmental projects related to farming, food processing, and tree replanting, contributing to local development and sustainability initiatives.
• Willing to work in the field, including travel to villages and remote areas, with potential overnight stays to facilitate community engagement and fieldwork.
• Responsible for helping with the documentation aspects such as reporting on field activities, taking minutes during workshops, and maintaining accurate records of project progress.
• Initiate and maintain open communication with community members.
• Help farmers manage insect pests that could damage crops and develop integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to minimise the use of pesticides and protect crop yields.
• Perform any tasks relevant to the biology field and company operations to achieve the desired outcomes and support the company’s activities and businesses.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, Agriculture, or any related fields.
• Preferably Sarawakians as the company is based in Kuching, Sarawak.
• Proactive and self0motivated with a passion for community development and sustainability.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
