Job Descriptions:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, associations, and government agencies for EMBC adoption.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new clients and recurring revenue streams through monthly subscriptions.
  • Present and pitch EMBC solutions to decision-makers in corporations, associations, and government bodies.
  • Work with potential customers to integrate EMBC into their ESG, SDG, and CSR programmes, ensuring long-term engagement and sustainability impact.

2. Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate sustainability, compliance, and environmental sectors.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and networking activities to connect with businesses and government agencies.
  • Maintain follow-ups and provide continuous support to convert leads into long-term clients.

3. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and promotional videos, to raise awareness of EMBC services.
  • Craft and deliver impactful presentations at corporate events, industry forums, and government meetings to showcase Entomal’s solutions.
  • Organise and participate in conferences, trade shows, and sustainability events to build brand presence and generate leads.

4. Proposal Writing & ESG Integration

  • Prepare persuasive business proposals that highlight EMBC’s benefits, customised solutions, and ROI for corporate clients.
  • Work closely with clients to align EMBC services with their sustainability reporting, tax incentives, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Support companies in achieving certifications such as SIRIM CO2e to enhance their ESG impact through EMBC adoption.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Track client engagement, sales performance, and EMBC service impact through data-driven insights.
  • Generate reports to demonstrate the sustainability benefits of EMBC adoption and its alignment with clients’ ESG and SDG goals.

6. Public Speaking & Industry Representation

  • Represent Entomal Biotech at industry conferences, roundtable discussions, and government panels to advocate for sustainable waste management.
  • Deliver keynote speeches and participate in panel discussions to position Entomal Biotech as a though leader in circular economy solutions.

7. Tax Exemption & Compliance Support

  • Research and provide advisory support on tax exemptions and financial incentives available for companies adopting the EMBC service.
  • Assist corporate clients in navigating compliance requirements related to sustainability and environmental reporting.

8. Other Business Expansion Initiatives

  • Support management in executing new sales initiatives, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
  • Adapt to evolving business priorities and take on additional tasks that contribute to revenue growth and long-term sustainability impact.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Science-related courses, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for sustainability, bioeconomy, and ESG.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt.
  • Analytical mindset with research and problem-solving abilities.
  • The candidate should be comfortable with high-level presentations, corporate negotiations, and aligning business solutions with sustainability frameworks.
