Job Responsibilities:

 Lead a team to provide support and facilitation for bio-based companies.

1. Design, plan, implement, and oversee programs for entrepreneurs.
2. Develop proposals to support the growth of SMEs.
3. Coordinate and streamline cross-ministry/agency efforts to deliver effective business support for bio-based companies.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
2. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated senior management experience, preferably in a related industry
3. Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving organizational goals
4. Solid business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
5. Expertise in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing project scope and budgets effectively.
6. Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
