Social Media Administrator – Malaysian only (residing in Malaysia)

About the role

Neurasia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and driven Social Media Administrator to join our team. This role is open exclusively to Malaysians residing in Malaysia, with work primarily conducted onsite, though fractional work arrangements are possible.

As a Social Media Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our social media presence across multiple platforms. We are looking for a creative and analytical individual who can effectively translate complex clinical research concepts into engaging, easily digestible content tailored for diverse audiences. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand, connecting with key stakeholders, and raising public awareness about the significance of clinical research.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:             Create and execute social media strategies aligned with  goals.

Content Creation:                  Develop engaging posts, videos, and infographics with a consistent schedule.

Platform Management:         Manage social accounts and optimize for algorithms while ensuring brand consistency.

Community Engagement:     Respond to comments/messages and foster positive audience interaction.

Analytics:                                Track performance metrics, report results, and refine strategies.

Advertising:                             Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns.

Collaboration:                        Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Trend Monitoring:                   Stay updated on trends and competitor strategies.

Crisis Management:               Handle negative feedback and escalate sensitive issues.

Training:                                  Train teams and share insights to improve efforts.

 

Skills & Experience:

·         Skilled in using SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms to improve content performance.

·         Experienced with content management systems (CMS), social media ads, and digital analytics tools.

·         Proficient in using technology to boost engagement, track performance, and refine marketing strategies.

·         Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical and marketing ideas simply.

·         Quick to adapt to new social media trends and emerging digital tools.
