Job Overview:

The Junior Farm Development Executive will assist in the planning and execution of farm development projects. This role supports the design, permitting, and construction processes of new farm facilities, working under the guidance of seniors/ Farm Manager. The ideal candidate will help to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the design and planning of new agricultural projects, including drafting preliminary design proposals and participating in site evaluations.
• Support the acquisition of necessary building permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate the smooth execution of development projects.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies to the Farm Manager
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management on project status.
• Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the construction process to avoid delays
• Help prepare project documentation and final reports upon project completion

Job Requirements:

• Possess either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, agricultural science, agricultural business, farm management, aquaculture, or any other related field.
• Skills in digital/online marketing/graphic design are an added advantage.
• Practical experience working in a farm or in agricultural management is highly valuable. However, fresh graduates with positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply!
