Job Overview:

The Admin and Farm Executive is responsible for the comprehensive management of farm operations, including  but not limited to overseeing agricultural production and the development of farming systems and components. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment with business goals. The Admin/Farm Executive will lead both the administrative functions and hands-on production activities of the farm.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement strategic farm management plans to enhance productivity and profitability across all areas of operation.
• Oversee the design and preparation of farming systems, including irrigation setups, planting schemes, and integrated pest management components.
• Manage the entire crop lifecycle from seed selection to harvest, ensuring adherence to best farming practices and maximizing yield quality and quantity
• Lead the livestock management programs, optimizing health and productivity of animals through innovative farming practices.
• Manage farm staff, including recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
• Prepare and control the farm budget, manage expenditures, and forecast financial operations to ensure economic sustainability
• Ensure all farming activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Help prepare project documentation and final reports upon project completion
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to procure farm supplies and services at cost-effective rates.
• Analyze market trends and adjust production plans to meet market demands and optimize financial returns
• Report regularly to senior management on farm operations, progress on strategic goals, and new initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Possess either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, agricultural science, agricultural business, farm management, aquaculture, or any other related field.
• Practical experience working in a farm or in agricultural management is highly valuable. However, fresh graduates with positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply!
