Job Descriptions:

• Assist in conducting field inspections to assess crop health, growth, and pest/disease issues.
• Collect and record data on soil conditions, weather patterns, and crop performance.
• To record plan growth and labelling tree.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, research data, and agronomic recommendations.
• To analyse plan growth & prepare report.
• Monitoring & record farm activities.
• Work closely with field staff to achieve project objectives & worker KPI.
• Greenhouse operations: Ayer Hitam & Headquarter only.
