Job Descriptions:

• Develop and manage contract farming agreements with agropreneurs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to partner farmers on crop biotechnology and enzyme usage.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of contract farms to ensure adherence to quality and production standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess crop health and address any issues.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and production teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
• Organise training programmes and workshops for agropreneurs to enhance their farming practices.
• Foster strong relationships with agropreneurs and address their concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present reports on contract farming activities and outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

• Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Agronomy, or any related field.
• Preferably Sabahans as the company is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
• Knowledge in crop biotechnology.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and farmers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt new challenges.
